Hey, I’m Scott Haynes, Minister of Music and it's good to meet you. I’m glad you took a minute to check us out on the web. I’ve been a member of Florence Baptist since October of 1996 and on staff since 1/1/2001. I have a BS in Sacred Music from Gardner-Webb University and a Master's degree in Christian Education from Gardner-Webb Divinity School. I’m married to Ann and we have two grown children, Grant and Katlyn and a daughter-in-law, Anna. My favorite Bible passage is Psalm 23. When it comes to TV, my favorite show of all time is Seinfeld, and my favorite hobby is gardening. I love to grow tomatoes. My favorite vacation spot is resting my toes in the sands along the shore at Ocean Lakes Campground and there’s nothing better than a cone of pralines ‘n’ cream ice cream from the campground snack bar.
