No family will be charged more than $12.00 per week  

WEEKLY FELLOWSHIP SUPPER GUIDELINES

In order to make our weekly fellowship suppers run smoothly, please follow the guidelines below as you order your meals: 

1.   Please complete this order form for the entire month and bring it with you on Sunday to place your order.

2.   You may pay for your meals on a monthly or weekly basis. If you order for the entire month, you can pay by the week or month. If you opt to pay for the entire month and find that you must cancel part of your order, we will gladly credit your next order or return your payment to you. However, you must notify us of the cancellation in order to receive credit; otherwise, you are responsible for payment.

3.   All orders must be received by Monday noon before the Wednesday for which you are ordering. 

4.   If it is necessary to cancel your order, please let us know by Wednesday noon. Remember, you must cancel your order to receive a credit.

5.   The take-out policy is:

      a.   For Homebound and sickness only.

      b.   Must know about all take-out orders by noon on Wednesday.

6.   Keep a record of your order so that you know which menu line you should follow. Please do not switch your menu without asking Crystal.

7. In order to hold the cost at $3.00 per person, please place you order by the month (this helps Crystal in ordering!) and be prompt in paying by the month or the week.

8. We invite you to sit at different tables each week, make new friends and participate in the Wednesday evening program of worship, music, and missions.

9.   You can help us with clean up by clearing your place at the table when you finish eating. Please assist your child or children with the handling of their trays if needed. If a spill occurs, please assist us in cleaning it as soon as possible.

10. Following these Guidelines helps us prepare and serve meals economically. If you have menu suggestions, tips to improve our meals, or would like to volunteer to help with set-up, serving or clean-up, please let Crystal Smith hear from you.
