Join us at the Callison Recreation Center for a night of fun and fellowship.

Join us for VBS 2025 at Florence Church.
Doors open nightly at 5:15pm, and the event wraps us each evening at 8:30pm.
Dates this year are June 1-4, 2025.
Dinner provided for all participants.

Easter Sunday
Join us on Easter as we celebrate the Risen King. We will have one service that day at 11:00am in the Sanctuary!
Good Friday Service
Join us for our Good Friday service here at Florence Baptist Church. This powerful worship gathering will help us focus our minds on the crucifixion story.
Valentines Banquet
Join us for our Valentine’s Banquet here at Florence Baptist Church in the LEC. Our youth will be our food servers, while Ben and others will entertain us with musical numbers. The cost is $7.00 per person and you must put in your reservation by Wednesday February 19th.
Christmas Eve Service
Join us for Christmas Eve at Florence. The service will be at 5:00pm in the Sanctuary.
Children's Christmas Performance
Join us in the Sanctuary for our Children’s Christmas performance. The performance starts at 6:30pm.
Church Cantata
Join us for our Choir’s Christmas Performance “Love came down”. We will only have one service that day in the Sanctuary.
Revival at Florence
Join us for Revival at Florence Baptist Church, November 10th-13th. Our guest preacher for the week is Marty Dupree. You can find more information about Marty through his website: martydupree.org. We will meet at 8:45am and 11:00am on Sunday morning, and then 6:30pm Monday-Wednesday night
Men By Design Community Event
Join men from all across the Sandy Run Baptist Association as we gather for a meal and guest speaking by Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright.
Pumpkin Patch 2024
The pumpkin patch is back at Florence Baptist Church this fall. Our first day of operation will be Monday October 7th starting at 10:00am.
Our standard operating hours will be Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm, Closed on Sundays.
Men's Breakfast

Heehaw Reunion
Heehaw is back at Florence! Join us for a night of fellowship in the LEC with our church family. Be sure you are ready to laugh!
Big Church Sunday
Florence Church is having Big Church Sunday! Our goal is to have 400 in attendance at Sunday School. We hope you will join us!
Churchwide Cookout at the Partons
Come join us for a time of fellowship at Carl and Cassandra Parton’s home. The address is 581 Oscar Justice Road Rutherfordton, NC 28139. Bring a lawn chair and have a great time with your church family. Food and fun will be provided from the church.
VBS Breaker Rock Beach
Join us for churchwide VBS. We start each evening at 5:45 with Snack Supper in the Gym, then breakout to our classes. There are classes for all age groups including infants, toddlers, elementary school students, youth and even adults. Each night is capped off by a Rally in the Sanctuary at 8:10pm each evening.

Pumpkin Patch
Come join us for a youth fundraiser to support our students heading to Camp 2024 at Fort Caswell.
Men’s Mission Trip
Join our men as we travel to Fort Caswell, a conference and retreat center owned and operated by the North Carolina Baptist State Convention. We will spend 3 days helping with construction projects on campus, and in the evenings we will spend time together fishing. To sign up, please email John Harris at youth@florencechurch.net.
